Introducing the Tier 1 Kinetics DMR
The Designated Marksman Rifle is purpose built as the premium offering in the category offering a standard 18" Proof Research Carbon Fiber 223 Wylde Barrel, a full length 17" mLOK/Arca Rail, and the first integrating a billet MDT SCS coming from the bolt-action PRS world.
FEATURES:
The upper and lower receiver are precision billet machined and matched so that each rifle fits perfectly together. Coated in multi-FDE Cerakote, this rifle has a refined finished that is both comfortable in hand, and durable enough to last generations or through the most arduous austere environments.
The lower has a magazine release and bolt release switch on both sides of the magwell to allow mag changes without removing the shooting hand or coming off target while changing mags. The switches themselves are oversized and aggressively diamond textured to ensure tactile feedback and enable shooters to reference and activate these switches without looking. The buffer, stock and cheek riser are all from MDT along with some T1 custom machining that modifies the entire system to be interoperable with the AR15 platform (we can't tell you exactly how we do this ;) BUT! We can tell you as James Nash will testify - it's one of the very finest guns we have ever shot in our life.
Geissele SDE Trigger:
The Geissele Super Dynamic-Enhanced (SD-E™) Trigger featuring an exclusive flat trigger bow, is a finely-tuned two stage trigger providing enhanced trigger control and weapon accuracy.

DEE-UPPER:
The upper is billet matched with forward assist. Forward Controls Design makes the dust cover, ambidextrous safety selector, and trigger guard that are all anodized aluminum from for a premium finish that compliments the overall attention to detail for the entire build.
The T1 BCG is 158 Steel, MPI, Chrome Lined, full-auto rated, USGI chrome lined gas key, phosphate coating, and staked per military specifications.
